Our products are designed to meet high standards, should you encounter an issue with our products or services, you may be entitled to the following remedies:

For major issues, the options may include:
- Resolving the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Compensation for any foreseeable damages caused by issues with our products or services.

Exclusions From Consumer Guarantees

Guarantees do not apply in cases where:

You received the product as ordered but later changed your mind, found a cheaper alternative, or decided against its use.

What’s Covered

Examples of manufacturing defects covered include:

Visible imperfections in the metal such as pores or blemishes.

Misaligned settings identified during pickup or routine maintenance.

Scratches or chips present at the time of delivery or during servicing with us.

Any irregularities in metal plating noted upon pickup or inspection.

 

How to Make a Claim

If you suspect your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via hello@luchysluxury.com to initiate your claim.

2. Arrange to send or bring the piece to one of our locations for assessment. For mailed returns, please ensure the jewelry is securely packaged with proof of purchase and all relevant documentation.

3. A nominal shipping fee applies for mail-in assessments. This will be refunded if the issue is found to be covered under warranty.

4. Once assessed, we will notify you of the findings. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. For issues outside the warranty, a repair quote will be provided.

 

Warranty Void Conditions

Please note, alterations or repairs performed by third parties will void this warranty.

General Wear and Tear (Not Covered)

Fine jewelry, especially rings, may show signs of wear over time. Our warranty does not cover:

Scratches, dents, or abrasions caused by everyday use.

Chips, nicks, or damage to gemstones due to accidental impact.

Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, make-up, or harsh environments.

Worn-down metal settings or prongs from frequent use.

Loss of gemstones due to wear, damage, or mishandling.
